The public website is not intended for submission of detailed health or clinical information. Please do not submit sensitive health information through general website forms unless specifically requested through a designated secure method.

• Clinical Communication: Email and text messaging are intended primarily for administrative and limited communication purposes. Clinical discussions and individualized recommendations should occur during scheduled appointments or through designated communication methods.

• We do not connect with clients through personal social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
   
• You may follow our professional business accounts, but these interactions do not replace therapy or clinical communication.
   

Key Myofunctional Therapy uses Microsoft 365 to support appointment scheduling and related administrative communications and Doxy.me for virtual appointments. Information submitted through third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's privacy and security practices.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of your contact information 
• Request deletion of eligible personal information, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements 
• Ask how your information is used or stored 
• Opt out of optional electronic communications
